Die Fuge (von lateinisch fuga = „Flucht“) ist ein musikalisches Kompositionsprinzip, das durch eine besondere Anordnung von Imitationen gekennzeichnet ist. 

• Eine Fuge kann ein einzelnes, nach diesem Prinzip komponiertes Stück sein, 

Fugen und fugenartige Strukturen werden aber auch innerhalb Werken anderer Formen verwendet, z. B. in

• Kantaten,  

• Messen,  

• Konzerten 

oder

• Ouvertüren.

Besonderes Kennzeichen der Fuge ist ihre komplexe Themenverarbeitung. Eine Fuge beginnt mit der Exposition der Stimmen:

• Die erste Stimme trägt das prägnante, kurze Thema vor. Dieser Themeneinsatz wird auch als Dux (lat. „Führer“) bezeichnet. 

• Hierzu gesellt sich eine zweite Stimme, die das Thema nun als Comes (lat. „Gefährte“) auf die Oberquinte (bzw. Unterquarte), auch Dominante genannt, versetzt vorträgt.

Wenn im Themenkopf des Dux der Quintton über dem Grundton erscheint, wird dieser im Comes meist zur Quarte abgewandelt (tonale Beantwortung), um die Identität der Tonart zu gewährleisten. 

• Diese Technik geht auf die Anordnung der Modi zurück. 

• Anderenfalls wird das Thema intervallgetreu („real“) transponiert.

Weitere Stimmen können nach diesem Prinzip hinzukommen, bis die volle Stimmenzahl (meistens 3 oder 4, seltener 5 oder mehr) erreicht ist.

Bringt die erste Stimme während des zweiten Themeneinsatzes motivisch oder thematisch bedeutsames Material, das später wieder aufgegriffen wird (in manchen Fällen sogar als neues Thema), so spricht man von einem Kontrasubjekt.

• Das Kontrasubjekt muss mit dem Thema einen doppelten Kontrapunkt bilden, um sowohl über als auch unter dem Thema erscheinen zu können, ohne die Stimmführungsregeln zu verletzen.

Im weiteren Verlauf gibt es immer wieder Abschnitte, in denen das Thema in verschiedenen Stimmen vorgetragen wird.

• Diese Abschnitte heißen Durchführungen (nicht zu Verwechseln mit der Durchführung des Sonatensatzes) oder Thema-Phasen.

Die weiteren Themeneinsätze können auch in den Paralleltonarten der Grundtonart sowie der Ober- und Unterquinttonarten stehen.

• Selten erscheint das Thema auch in noch entfernteren Tonarten.

Die Themeneinsätze sind durch Zwischenspiele miteinander verbunden, die im Allgemeinen der Modulation dienen und daher in der Regel aus Sequenzen bestehen. In den Thema-Phasen kann das Thema auf verschiedene Arten mit sich selbst und den Kontrasubjekten kombiniert werden, beispielsweise in

• Engführungen,  

• Umkehrungen,  

• Augmentationen, 

Diminutionen (die Verkürzung der Dauern) etc.

Vor dem Ende einer Fuge wird manchmal ein Orgelpunkt - auf der Dominante oder der Tonika - eingefügt, um die Spannung zu steigern.

• Ein bekanntes Beispiel dafür ist die hier zitierte Fuge c-Moll (WK I) oder die g-Moll-Fuge aus der Sonate für Violine solo (BWV 1001) von J. S. Bach.

Nutzen Sie die Zeit vor der Geburt für Ihr körperliches Wohlbefinden ! Neben Entspannungsübungen und Körperarbeit erhalten Sie alle notwendigen Informationen zu:

• Wochenbett,

• Stillzeit

- und tauschen sich mit anderen in der Gruppe aus. Der Kurs richtet sich an Schwangere (und ihre Partner), umfasst sieben Abende und beinhaltet auch einee Kreißsaalführung.

Wassergymnastik für Schwangere

Tauchen Sie ab und genießen Sie das herrliche Gefühl, sich fast schwerelos und ohne viel Anstrengung Gutes zu tun ! Die Übungen im Wasser sind sehr effektiv. Im warmen Wasser 

• lockert sich die Muskulatur, 

• die Durchblutung wird unterstützt 

• der Kreislauf angeregt.

Rückbildungsgymnastik (mit oder ohne Babys)

Bringen Sie Schritt für Schritt Ihre Figur wieder in Form ! Durch gezieltes Beckenbodentraining in einer festen Gruppe beugen Sie einer späteren Gebärmuttersenkung oder Harninkontinenz vor. Sie

• verbessern Ihre Körperhaltung, 

• lindern Rückenschmerzen,

• werden wieder fit.

 Wassergymnastik für junge Mütter

Ab etwa 10 Wochen nach der Geburt können junge Mütter mit Hilfe eines Aufbautrainings im 33 Grad warmen Wasser etwas für Herz, Kreislauf und eine gute Kondition tun.

• Bewegungstraining, 

• Muskelkräftigung 

• Beckenbodengymnastik 

stehen im Mittelpunkt. Entspannungsübungen runden das Programm ab.


Babymassage (4-16 Wochen)

Streicheleinheiten - ein Genuss für Eltern und Kind. Intensiver Hautkontakt wirkt Stress lösend und schafft Vertrauen und Wärme ! Die Babymassage wirkt sich positiv auf die

• geistig Entwicklung, 

• Muskulatur, 

• den Stoffwechsel 

• das Schlafverhalten 

aus. Zudem bietet sich den Eltern die Möglichkeit des Erfahrungsaustausches.

Babyschwimmen (3-5, 6-9, 10-14 Monate)

Babyschwimmen macht allen Beteiligten in erster Linie sehr viel Spaß ! In der Schwerelosigkeit des warmen Wassers werden spielerisch Gleichgewicht und Bewegungskoordination geschult.

• Die reichlich vorhandenen Reize fördern unter anderem die Entwicklung des Gehirns. 

• Und ein "Sicherheitstraining" (denn der Spaß erfordert auch einen gewissen Respekt vor dem nassen Element) ist auch dabei.

So ernähren Sie Ihren Säugling richtig: Der Kurs bietet umfassende Informationen und Ratschläge zu Themen rund um die Beikosteinführung.
